Mototile Express Delivery

We only sell and deliver goods in the Mainland UK - unless you have made a prior arrangement with us. For delivery to the following postal regions: Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), Scottish Highlands, Orkney Isles and other areas listed (AB, FK, KW, PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, IV, KA28), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE). please contact us on 01329 623 115 or sales@mototile.com for all enquiries. Some items - in particular MotoLock Edging/Ramps - which can take 1 - 2 days to make and sent out for delivery.

Delivery charges are flat rate whatever quantity of goods you buy.

Current delivery charges (excluding VAT) are:

• £17.50 for Express Delivery (Monday to Friday)*

Once your order is received we will phone to confirm all details and any delivery preferences. If an item is out of stock or needs to be made or machined we will inform you and confirm an exact delivery date. Generally orders for flooring are heavy and need to be shipped on a pallet: you must be there to receive, sign for and unload the pallet.

*For in-stock items orders received before 13:00 (Monday - Friday) are dispatched for delivery on the following working day (Monday - Friday). For URGENT delivery enquiries please contact us.

Generally orders for floor tiles are heavy and need to be shipped on a pallet: You are required to sign for your order and we cannot leave items without a signature unless by prior arrangement. (Please note we cannot accept any liability for any shortage and/or damage if goods are left at your request). We strive to get your parcel safely and on time - however occasionally if there is a potential interruption to your delivery we will work hard to try and sort this out for you.
